This policy explains how New SI Sistemas Inteligentes (“New SI”) handles personal data received through this website (newsi.com.br), under Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018, the General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

Contact: name, phone, city and the message you write. The website form stores nothing: it only opens WhatsApp with the message ready, and you decide whether to send it.
Technical access data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and date and time, recorded automatically by the server and by the website’s protection service (Cloudflare), for security and operation.
Visit statistics: visit counts with no cookies and without identifying visitors.
2. How we use it
To reply to your message, send quotes and information you asked for, support our clients, protect the website against abuse and understand, in aggregate, which pages are visited most.
3. Legal bases
We process data with your consent (when you send us a message), for steps prior to a contract you requested (quotes) and based on our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (art. 7 of the LGPD).
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by providers that help us run the website and our customer service, for that purpose only: website hosting and protection (Cloudflare), WhatsApp (Meta), where the conversation takes place, and our email service.
5. How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, or for the period required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.

The website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It may only use technical cookies needed for the pages to work and be protected.
7. Your rights
